rc999's Commitment to Responsible Gaming
Enjoy entertainment within your limits — rc999 puts your safety and well-being first, and we are here for you in every situation.
What Does Responsible Gaming Mean?
At rc999, we believe online gaming and betting should be purely a form of entertainment — not a source of financial pressure or mental addiction. Responsible gaming means playing consciously within your means, setting time limits, and recognizing the signs of harm early.
A responsible player knows when to stop. rc999 provides several effective tools and support to help you make that decision — from deposit limits to the option of taking a full break.
Core Principles
- Always treat gaming as entertainment, not a way to earn money
- Never place bets beyond your financial means
- Set limits on time and money before you start
- Do not place more bets to try to recover money you have lost
- If gaming goes out of control, seek help immediately
Our Protection Tools
rc999 gives you powerful tools to manage your own gaming experience — because your well-being is our top priority.
Deposit Limits
Set a fixed deposit limit on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit takes time to come into effect, while decreasing it applies right away.
Time-Out Feature
Need a short break? Use the time-out feature to temporarily deactivate your account for anywhere from 24 hours to several weeks. During this period you will not be able to log in or place bets.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel you need a longer break, choose the self-exclusion option. This is a long-term solution that keeps your account completely closed for a set period. Once activated, it cannot be reversed without a formal request.
Loss Limit
Decide in advance the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a given period. When you reach your loss limit, you will be automatically alerted and will no longer be able to place bets.
Session Timer & Reminders
Even if you lose track of how long you have been playing, the session timer will regularly remind you how much time has passed, so you can take a conscious break.
Account Verification
rc999 follows a strict age and identity verification process. Users under 21 are not permitted to open an account. We make sure the right person is playing.
Recognize the Signs of Warning
Gambling addiction often develops gradually. If any of the following signs appear in you, it is a signal that you may need help. Taking action in time makes it much easier to stay in control.
Remember — seeking help is not a sign of weakness; it is a brave and smart decision. rc999 is always ready to support you.
- You feel a constant urge to place more bets to win back money you have lost
- You are giving gaming more time and importance than family, friends, or work
- You are using money meant for essential expenses to bet, or going into debt to gamble
- You feel restless, anxious, or irritable when you try to stop gaming
- You have a tendency to hide how much you are playing or how much you are losing
- You are using gaming to escape stress, loneliness, or worry
- You find it hard to pause and think before placing a bet, or to stop yourself
6 Simple Tips for Healthy Gaming
Following these simple habits will keep your experience at rc999 enjoyable and safe at all times.
Set a Budget
Set a separate budget for gaming each week or month and never spend beyond it. You can automate this by using deposit limits.
Stick to Time Limits
Decide how long you will play before you start a session. Use a session timer or your phone's alarm so it is easy to stop at the set time.
Keep Your Emotions in Check
Avoid placing bets when you are upset, tired, or under the influence of substances. Playing in the right state of mind is much more enjoyable.
Accept Losses Gracefully
Losing is a normal part of gaming. Do not try to "chase your losses" by placing bigger bets after a loss — it only makes things worse.
Take Regular Breaks
Leave gaps between long sessions. Go for a walk, drink some water, spend time with family — in a healthy life, gaming is just a small part.
Never Play with Someone Else's Money
Never place bets with borrowed money or family funds. Staying within your own means is the foundation of responsible gaming.
How Does Self-Exclusion Work?
Self-exclusion is rc999's strongest protection measure. If you feel that gaming is having a negative impact on your life, this feature will help you protect yourself.
While exclusion is active, you will not be able to log in, make deposits, or place bets. No promotional emails will be sent either. rc999 respects your request and places no barriers to activating it.
Steps to Activate Self-Exclusion
- Log in to rc999 and go to Account Settings
- Find the "Responsible Gaming" section
- Select the self-exclusion option and set the duration
- Click confirm — it will take effect immediately
- If you need assistance, contact our support team
